Yes but considering CSH has been running for years without any (visible) trouble, that guy (or crew) may have earn enough money to protect himself from most lawsuits, blackmail or angry tough guys. Along with success comes enemies.
That guy probably earned thousands of Bitcoins these last years. If I was him, I would retire, buy a house, a car, and invest in a old fashion business while taking selfies with hot babes on Instagram. That's probably what he's actually doing right now, killing softly CSH with that CSHIVE thing, laundering his crypto and having some fun.
