BUT HE WAS ARRESTED IN POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY IN MAY AFTER AN INCIDENT AT ANOTHER SKATING RINK WHERE HE WAS CAUGHT FORCIBLY FORCING AN 11 YEAR OLD GIRL INTO ORAL SEX. WE KEEP AN EYE ON ALL THE KIDS WE LIKE TO KNOW THE REGULARS AND IF PEOPLE ARE NEW THAT ARE COMING, ESPECIALLY ALONE, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY’RE HERE WITH SOMEBODY. AND IF THEY’RE NOT, WHY? A LOCAL SKATE RINK IN CHOCTAW IS CHANGING POLICIES AFTER A MAN WHO WAS ONCE KICKED OUT OF THEIR RINK IS ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULTS. AT ANOTHER, HE CAME TWO TIMES. THE SECOND TIME THAT HE CAME, WE ACTUALLY KICKED HIM OUT AT THE END. UH, WE NOTIFIED THE POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT HE WAS A LITTLE BIT CREEPY. INVESTIGATORS WITH THE POT COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS 27 YEAR OLD DOMINIC HOLLAND WAS AT THIS STAR SKATE IN SHAWNEE WHEN HE WENT OUTSIDE AND WAS FOUND FORCING AN 11 YEAR OLD GIRL INTO ORAL SEX. COURT DOCUMENTS LAY OUT THE CHARGES HE’S FACING, INCLUDING FIRST DEGREE RAPE AND FORCIBLE ORAL SODOMY. THE OWNER OF ROLLER LAND IN CHOCTAW SAYS HE’S NOT AWARE OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENING AT HIS RINK, BUT HE’S MAKING SURE WHAT HAPPENED AT STARS SKATE DOESN’T HAPPEN HERE. WHENEVER I FIRST HEARD ABOUT IT, I ALMOST DIDN’T EVEN BELIEVE IT. ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO PICK UP THEIR KIDS HAS TO COME INSIDE THE BUILDING TO DO IT, BECAUSE WE DON’T WANT ANY OF THE KIDS GOING OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING WHERE WE CAN’T KEEP SUPERVISION ON THEM. ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS, HOLLAND WAS AT STAR SKATE ALMOST EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY NIGHT AND EVEN APPLIED FOR A JOB THERE AT ONE POINT. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS OTHER VICTIMS CAME FORWARD WHEN THEY POSTED ONLINE ABOUT HOLLAND, AND THEY BELIEVE THERE COULD BE MORE. IT’S APPALLING. IT’S DISGUSTING.
